Please join me in the garden of becoming to celebrate my Bat Mitzvah - a sacred step into wisdom, devotion, and responsibility, not just for myself, but for the world we are dreaming into life together.

Come dance, play, and weave the future together with intention and love!

This is more than a celebration; it is a gathering to plant seeds for a future filled with compassion, connection, and liberation together.

Cocktail; come as your most radiant, magical self! Personally I will be channeling Cher, Florence Henderson, and the Sumerian Goddess Inanna. Flowy fabrics, sparkles, jewel tones, and some celestial & botanical fanfare! Here’s a Pinterest board for more inspo if you’d like to find a vibe, but please know my preference is always to have you there in what makes you feel embodied, happy, and comfortable!

Will there be food?

Yes! Full dinner will be served, buffet-style. Eat when you’re hungry! Vegan and allergy friendly options abound!

What can we expect?

Happy, sweaty, soulful dance floor, aura photography and readings, tarot readings, a henna artist, and more! Please also take a moment on the rooftop patio to light a candle for Courtney/Chaya to show her your love - a Be Mitzvah tradition with a twist. And there will be a beautiful hand-made tree of life installation specially made for this event! Please write a dream or wish for yourself, your community, or the collective, hang it on the tree, and dance the night away in honor of that wish!

What about the Bat Mitzvah Ceremony in the morning?

Due to limited available seats since the morning ceremony is a shared experience with others becoming Be Mitvahs, only a small and intimate group of people are able to attend the ceremony.
If you’ve received an invitation for the ceremony in addition to the party, please also join us Saturday morning, June 7th, 2025, from 10AM to 12PM with a reception to follow. The ceremony will be at First Universalist Church, 4101 E. Hampden Ave. Denver CO 80222.
The ceremony will also be live-streamed and recorded by Judaism Your Way for anyone to watch. The link will be added here closer to the ceremony.
